How to Setup Email in Outlook Express and Outlook 2002

Your domain name, e.g. resultit.com.au
Your email address.
Your email password.STEP by STEP: Configuring Outlook Express and Outlook 2002
Step 1. Open Outlook or Outlook Express.Step 2. Click the Tools menu, and select Accounts...
Step 3. Click Add and then click Mail...

Step 4. Enter your name in the 'Display name:' field, and click Next.

Step 5. Enter your full email address in the 'E-mail address' field and Click Next.

Step 6. Enter in the 'My incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server:' field, enter .
In the 'Outgoing mail (SMTP) server:' field enter .

Step 7. Enter your username in the 'Account name:' field.
Enter your email password in the 'Password:' field, and click Next.

Step 8. As for the 'Import' screen: if you do not want to import information click Do not import at this time and click Next.

Step 9. Click on Finish. You MUST do the next steps to be able to send email via your server.

Step 10. Click the Tools menu, and select Accounts...

Step 11. Highlight under Account, and click Properties.

Step 12. Click the Servers tab, and check the box next to 'My server requires authentication'. Then click on the Settings button.

Step 13. Verify the Login Information is set to use same settings as my incoming mail server then click OK.

Step 14. Click OK for the Properties window now.
